The PLC200 Series programmable controllers is a high modular system, allows to choose the power and Electronic Controller Units, communication, for your application. Moreover, the PLC200 Dual CAN-bus on the backplane to DIN Support, allows to manage power over CAN-bus switch modules.
The PLC200 supports the C/C++ and IEC 61131-3 programming languages and ready-to-run services, including Ethernet, ProfiNET, EtherCAT, 3G, 4G, 5G, IoT data logging, and e-mail alarms to fulfil different customer requirements.
Application area
The PL200C® is a very rugged and powerful modular distributed I/O system, for installation directly at the machine. Due to its comprehensive range of modules, it is especially useful where a fine-modular setup with different functions is required. With a wireless connection, The PLC200® primarily used with electric monorail systems, automated guided vehicle systems, in building management, and warehouse logistics.
Safety Integrated
Failsafe I/O modules permit the integration in safety-related plants with PLC200® Safety Integrated. The fail-safe modules can be used for safety circuits up to SIL3.
Module replacement during runtime
The separation of module and bus/power Terminal technology makes it possible to exchange an electronic module during operation (hot swapping).
Connecting RFID components
In addition to the readers, optical readers and handheld readers, the PLC200® can also be used to connect any device via a universal CAN interface.
