Modular equipment (Control Module) for fire prevention and explosions with reference to the application on powder coated cabins. The functional structure of a fire prevention system includes the Detectors system, Control Module, Extinguisher, and Emergency Panel for diagnostic and controls. The proposed system uses commercial field elements with adequate safety level such as: Spark Sensor, Pressure Switch and Solenoid Valve Fire Extinguishers. The equipment is made using the modules of the product Programmable Logic, Controller PLC200 which includes a wide range of modules for general use and modules dedicated to specific functions. The structure uses modules connected via dual CAN communication buses arranged on various functional levels: Power Supply, Field Interface, Communication Interface, Operator Interface. The Emergency Panel module hosts the logical management of the system developed in C source language.

Electro valve and pressure controller - EVPR Electronic Control Unit equipped with RENESAS RX600 RX66 32-bit 120Mhz processor, allows to manage Electro valve and pressure controller for CO2 cylinders. Dual Digital Input channels (NO/NC) to acquire pressure status and single power output (15W) to valve control. Integrity valve coil is performed.
CAN Bus HUB & Power over CAN CANH Electronic Control Unit equipped with MICROCHIP PIC18F26K80-QFN allows to manage 4 CAN-bus port on RJ45 support. Dual CAN-Bus and related power supply (500mA@24V) are available for each port.
Bell controller - BELL Electronic Control Unit equipped with MICROCHIP PIC18F26K80-QFN allows to manage acoustic and visual alarm (500mA@24V). The module are directed connected via RJ45 cable trough CAN-bus to CANH module.
PLC200 - CAN Bus HUB & Power over CAN - EMPA
Electronic Control Unit equipped with MICROCHIP PIC18F26K80-QFN allows to manage: Emergency Push Button, Alarm acknowledge key, system diagnostic LED and RFID Card reader. The module is directed connected via RJ45 cable trough CAN-bus to CANH module.
DC Power supply unit - UPS Electronic Control Unit equipped with MICROCHIP PIC18F26K80-QFN allows to manage DC/DC converter (2.5A@24V) and battery charge device, Battery power with 1 hour’s operative autonomy. AC Power supply unit - ACDC Electronic Control Unit equipped with AC/DC converter (2.5A@24V). ACDC is an optional redundant power module.
